PGCC & PEA’s Selected for DOE Assistance Program Enhancement and Innovation Selections Grant
DOE announced that PGCC and Philadelphia Energy Authority received the Weatherization Enhancement and Innovation grant for PEA’s Built to Last Program. This funding will support deep energy savings via whole-home retrofits in low-income homes in Philadelphia

PEA, PGCC Release RFPs for Built to Last Program
Philadelphia Energy Authority and Philadelphia Green Capital Corporation are each releasing an RFP for services related to the Built to Last program. PEA is seeking contractors to support the various services critical to administering the BTL program. PGCC is seeking contractors to manage supplemental home repair construction services funded by PGCC.
Final RFP submissions are due no later than 5pm on Friday November 11, 2022.
