Go Solar with Pennsylvania BRIGHT
The Pennsylvania BRIGHT program is making solar accessible to more families in Southeastern PA.
Through an inclusive solar financing model, eligible homeowners can install solar panels at no upfront cost. PGCC’s goal is to enable homes in Southeastern Pennsylvania to go solar through this program.
Designed for low-to moderate-income (LMI) households, PA BRIGHT helps reduce energy costs, improves home resilience, and expands access to clean energy in historically underserved communities. PGCC is proud to partner with the Philadelphia Energy Authority’s Solarize Greater Philadelphia Program and Capital Good Fund, a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI), to bring this opportunity to residents of Southeastern PA.
